1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hb333 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hb333 website located at hb333.io and all associated services, products, games, and features offered therein.

hb333 is an online betting and gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform provides sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade games, and related entertainment services. By accessing the hb333 website, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hb333 platform and close your account if one has been opened. Continued use of the platform following notification of any change to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the hb333 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hb333 operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts suspended immediately.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent verification stage must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling platforms. If you are subject to a self-exclusion order, you must not attempt to open or use an hb333 account.
• Personal Use: You must be registering and using the account entirely for your own personal entertainment. You may not register on behalf of another person, nor may you allow another person to use your account.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each individual may hold no more than one registered account with hb333 at any given time. The opening of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus funds contained therein.

When registering your account, you must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. hb333 will never ask you to disclose your password by email, live chat, or any other channel.

• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
• KYC Verification: hb333 may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation including a valid national identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions.

• Account Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method following the standard withdrawal procedure.

4 Deposits

hb333 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All deposit transactions are processed in real time where the payment provider supports instant transfers.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. hb333 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods without prior notice.
• Deposit Fees: hb333 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be returned or result in account suspension.
• Failed Transactions: In the event that a deposit transaction fails or is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. hb333 aims to process all withdrawal requests as promptly as possible, with mobile wallet withdrawals typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval.

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
• Verification Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. hb333 reserves the right to request KYC documents before approving any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Processing Times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawal Fees: hb333 does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider charges, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests will be held until all open bets or game rounds associated with the account balance have been settled.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hb333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between this section and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
2. Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting contributes 100%; slots contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10%; certain specialty games may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are published on the promotions page.
3. Maximum Bet: While wagering bonus funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or selection is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this amount while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
5. Abuse Prevention: hb333 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being abused, including through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or the use of multiple accounts.
6. Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed bonuses expire after the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the account without compensation.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activity on the hb333 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game's information panel and form part of this Agreement by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. hb333 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has started where live data feeds are delayed.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, you will be notified and may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment of a match, obvious pricing errors, or technical malfunctions. Void bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake amount.
• Results: Official results as published by the relevant sporting governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) will be used to settle bets. In-play scores displayed on hb333 are for informational purposes and may not always reflect the official result.
• Maximum Winnings: hb333 reserves the right to impose a maximum payout limit per bet or per day. Where such limits apply, they will be communicated to you at the time of bet placement.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds or game parameters, hb333 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, even after a bet has been confirmed.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

hb333 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable betting environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or identity theft.

Upon termination, hb333 will conduct a review of the account balance. Where termination is due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by the player or is due to circumstances unrelated to player misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hb333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
